Shipping Information

We process all orders promptly upon receipt.. You will receive an email notification with a order number (other tracking numbers available on request). Please note that it might take longer during peak seasons to process and ship the orders. In the event that an item is out of stock, or requires a longer lead time, you will receive an email notification from Fyddo-Uniforms informing you about the delay.

Sales Tax
In accordance with applicable state law, a sales tax of 8.25 % is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not collected on all shipments to recipients outside of California.

How to return, replace or exchange an item

If you'd like to return a product, please contact our Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. An RMA Number is required for processing of returned merchandise. Items must be in original resalable condition.

You have the following choices when you decide to return any shipment:
Refund - total refund minus any shipping costs (Prorated refund for shipping charges if an item is broken or damaged.). Please allow 3 business days for processing
Replacement - we will ship the replacement within 3 business days.

We are unable to offer you any form of refund after 20 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original form of payment. It is the buyers responsbility to pay for shipping of unwanted items back to us.

Be sure to get a tracking number for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us. Packages returned to this address below must go through USPS.
